Team Building - We do team building regularly via various methods such as outing, parties and group activities so that members can communicate and understand each other thoroughly. And when staff come back to work with the team spirits they will be ready to work with each other, help each other and support each other happily, which is the most important factor for the working environment.

Training Programme -New recruits will have the chance to have on spot study and join the manufacturers’ training programme each spring and fall. And if necessary he/she can apply for professional training by financial support.

About the Job: Prefer someone with background of machinery or automation, is familiarly with surface treatment machines. Must be hard working, dependable, punctual and professional. Position requires a proficient working knowledge of mechanical principle.

Positions include responsibilities such as some of the following:

1、Provide support to Sales and Marketing by becoming a product expert, interacting directly with the customer side and communicating with manufacturers and internal staff in order to ensure successful system deployments 

2、Oversee and coordinate installation of equipment by providing instructions and solving problems reported from customer sites 

3、Troubleshooting/root cause analysis-remote 

4、Provide technical support/solution independently in most situations by consulting with manufacturers and communicating with customers 

5、Accurately document all tasks and troubleshooting activities as they are performed 

6、Present (written or verbal) technical findings and report customer feedback, lessons learned and recommendations to line manager
